Team Mail — your own domain
Bring a domain you own and create mailboxes for your team (e.g. support@yourco.com). Add it, publish two DNS records, verify — no hosting or cPanel setup needed. The public disposable inbox stays on tmailo.org; your domain is just for your team.
Enter your domain
Add these DNS records
At your domain's DNS provider (Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy…), create both records. The A record for mail.tmailo.org → 54.190.129.225 should already exist on our side.
| Type | Name / Host | Value | Priority |
|---|
Tip: some providers want the name without your domain (e.g. just _tmailo-verify), others want the full name. Both are shown when you add the record.
Verify
DNS can take a few minutes (sometimes longer) to propagate. When ready, click verify.
Create team mailboxes
Your domain is verified. Create a mailbox for each team member or inbox you need, then open it to read mail.
Good to know
Does my domain's existing email keep working?
Pointing the MX record here makes all mail for that domain arrive at tmailo.org. Only do this for a domain (or subdomain) you want to use for disposable mail.
Is it secure?
A domain can only receive mail after the TXT token is verified, so nobody can hijack a domain they don't control. Unverified domains are removed automatically after 7 days.
Can I use a subdomain?
Yes — e.g. mail.example.com. Put the MX/TXT records on that subdomain.
